ICT talent maturity model support customer identify ICT talent needs

At present, more and more operators recognize the importance of digital transformation for enterprise development. According to Huawei 2016 global operators talent development forum voting statistical point of view, the operators that transition period is facing the biggest challenge, importance from high to low followed by "digital talent " > "flexible and efficient operation system" > "clear strategy". Talent has become a key factor in the operator's attention, but also the current operators to face one of the biggest constraints of the transition.

HUAWEI learning services released the talent maturity model in the HUAWEI 2016 global carrier talent development forum for the first time. There are initiated, defined, managed and optimizing four stages of talent readiness maturity model. This model helps the operators identify the current stage of digital transformation according to the evaluation of operator’s strategy, business model, operating model and network & infrastructure. Then the operators could assess the current talent situation and organization supporting capabilities, which makes the operators clearly aware of the current talent and organizational gaps, and to develop a clear business initiatives in turn.
