  • For event reception services: Name, gender, company name, and job position. This information will be used to prepare on-site credentials and arrange accommodation and vehicles. If hotel booking confirmation letters and visa application support materials are required for event attendance, we will also collect your passport or ID information and travel itinerary.
  • Exhibition publicity: we may collect your portrait by picture or video base on our legitimate interest to make propagate for the Exhibition.
  • Forum live broadcast: With the consent of the participants, we may broadcast some Huawei-sponsored forums on the public screen or on Huawei's website. During the live broadcast, the portraits and voices of the participants may be collected.
  • Wi-Fi connection: When you choose to connect to the Wi-Fi in Huawei Exhibition Area, we will collect your name, phone number, company name, MAC address and IP address of your terminal to provide wireless network connection services for you.
