KPN is the leading telecommunications and IT service provider in Netherlands offering wire line and wireless

KPN and Huawei have a long standing engagement history dating back to 2009 on KPN’s ‘Telfort’ project
to build and implement Huawei’s best of suite BSS solution in two phases. The success of the ‘Telfort’ project
engagement assured KPN of leveraging Huawei solution delivery capabilities for improved business and IT integration
and operations.
KPN continues to engage Huawei as part of its key partners in the Arrow project to help consolidate the ‘Telfort’
success into ‘Arrow’ project. This is part of KPN’s vision to deliver seamless FMC integration, and for Huawei to be
responsible for managing the Next Generation Business systems for fixed and mobile convergence.
KPN and Huawei established a three dimensional transformation program that ultimately will address business
effectiveness, technology operations efficiency (through simplification to lower costs and improve time-to-market) and
improve the convergence of business operations across its extensive service portfolio.
