  • The SPS is a future-oriented converged signaling solution that supports smooth evolution to 5G. It can provide the SEPP, SCP, and BSF functions simply by means of software upgrade.   • Signaling Security
  • The SPS supports the built-in signaling firewall and can process SS7, SIP, Diameter, and HTTP signaling simultaneously of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks.

When multiple PCRFs are deployed on a VoLTE network, different service flows of one session are sent to one PCRF, ensuring service control policy consistency and a smooth evolution of VoLTE services.

  • Address Resolution and Load Balancing
  • When functioning as the SLF, the SPS uses mapping data stored in the embedded-in database to route messages to the HSS, OCS, and PCRF.
