PTN 7900E
The PTN7900E is Huawei’s next-generation metro transport device mobile service bearer. It is mainly positioned at the metro aggregation and core layers and backbone networks to carry mobile services and VIP private line services. The PTN 7900E series has three product forms: PTN 7900E-32, PTN 7900E-24, and PTN 7900E-12. The PTN 7900 series products support 40GE/50GE/100GE/200GE/400GE ultra-large ports, intelligent service monitoring, visualized traffic, measurable quality, and predictable capacity. The new SDN architecture supports mobile-transport functions such as SR-TP and FlexE, effectively supporting the long-term development and evolution of carriers' mobile service bearer networks.

The OptiX PTN 7900E-32 is a new-generation metropolitan optical transport equipment developed by Huawei for packet transport. It is mainly used at the core layer of the metropolitan transport network and provincial / national backbone network to build a bearer network for mobile services and VIP private line services. Currently, a maximum of 32T forwarding capacity is supported, and 64T capacity evolution can be supported in the future.
The OptiX PTN 7900E-24 is a new-generation metropolitan optical transport equipment developed by Huawei for packet transport. It is mainly used at the core layer of the metropolitan transport network and provincial / national backbone network to build a bearer network for mobile services and VIP private line services. Currently, the supports a maximum forwarding capacity of 24T and supports 48T capacity evolution in the future.

It is mainly used at the convergence layer and core layer of the metropolitan transport network to build a bearer network for mobile services and VIP private line services. Currently, the forwarding capacity of the OptiX PTN 7900E-12 is up to 12T. In the future, the can support 24T capacity evolution.
