TM Forum, Huawei, and CSPs jointly launched New Generation Intelligent Operations Whitepaper

During DTW 2023 (Digital Transformation World), TM Forum, Huawei, and CSPs jointly launched New Generation Intelligent Operations Whitepaper. Over 110 guests from global CSPs, industry analysts, and media attended this event.

Director of Huawei Assurance & Managed Services Dept. Lucas Lu stated, today’s “network-centric operations” model is no longer viable to meet the fast-changing business needs in the 5G and digital era, which demand more and more service quality and agility. All-rounded transformations in New Process, New Platform, New Technology, and New People are essential to build the service-centric new generation intelligent operations, which is becoming imperative for CSPs.

The New Generation Intelligent Operations Whitepaper not only elaborates Huawei's vision and middle to long term solution planning for future network operations, but also provides systematic guidance and reference to CSP intelligent operation transformation. Huawei has been deeply engaged in the intelligent operation industry, and AUTIN solution has collaborated with TM Forum and CSPs to build data models and API interfaces based on platform capabilities such as iEM (intelligent Event Management). In early September 2023, AUTIN completed seven open API certifications, including recently completed "Real World Open API" joint certification. And TM Forum has awarded “Ready for ODA” certification at its first batch to Huawei AUTIN solutions on the same day.

Looking into the future, Huawei will strengthen its collaborations with TM Forum and global CSPs in the network operations domain, continue its operation innovation practices, and lead CSP digital intelligent operation transformation.
